About 70 percent of the population of our country survives on agriculture. Agriculture and livestock are the main sources of India's economy. Most of the employment opportunities are based on them. Most of the Indian population becomes a victim of malnutrition prematurely. To solve this problem, movements of Green, white and Blue Revolution were started. Under this, the Faculty of Agriculture was established in the college in the session 1998-99. In the direction of its stabilizatio, permanent recognition was received from Dr.Ram Manohar Lohhia Avadh University, Faizabad in the session 2006-07. The faculty of Agriculture has inter-state students studying. The students who have obtained degrees from here, by taking education from universities, educational institutions, are contributing to the progress and development of the country and are contributing to the role of nation building by getting selected in JRF and government and non-government posts and are also becoming motivators for the students. The result is 100%. This achievement is due to the hard work, dedication of the students and efficient teaching abilities of the professors. Excellent articles and compositions have been published in different subjects and genres. By participating in agricultural exhibitions and lectures organized under the aegis of Krishi Vigyan Kendra Kalakankar (Ainthu), they have been increasing their knowledge by getting training in agriculture related industries as per the time. They have also participated in NCC and NSS and Scout Guide training. They have also been leading in college and inter-college sports competitions. While participating in the seminars organized in their college, articles of agriculture professors have been published from time in KVK's magazine "Bhoomi Shree" and seminar souvenirs on various subjects, from which farmers and students have been benefiting. In the current session, 300 seats have been approved and total number of students is 480. Promotion and expansion of laboratories is going on. Educational tours have also been organized for the students as per the time.
